Practitioner Pathway

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants enrolled in the Self Enquiry Practitioner Certification Pathway operated by Freedom Together.

1. Financial Commitment & Tuition Integrity

By enrolling in the Self Enquiry Practitioner Certification Pathway, you are committing to the full tuition amount of your selected payment plan ($3,500, $3,750, or $4,140 AUD), except where required by law during any applicable cooling-off period.

Fixed Obligation
Enrolment constitutes a binding financial commitment. You are legally obligated to pay the full tuition balance regardless of your level of participation, progress, or decision to discontinue the pathway.

No “Cancel Anytime” Provision
This is a professional certification pathway with limited capacity, not a month-to-month subscription. Instalment plans are offered solely as a courtesy to support cash flow and do not constitute a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

Discontinuation
Should you withdraw, disengage, or cease participation after the cooling-off period, all remaining unpaid instalments remain due and payable according to the original payment schedule, regardless of participation status.

2. Cooling-Off Period & Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period
A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of enrolment. During this period, you may withdraw from the Practitioner Pathway and receive a refund of tuition payments made, less the non-refundable enrolment fee.

Enrolment Fee
The $500 AUD enrolment fee (being the first payment of an instalment plan, where applicable) is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers immediate administrative costs including pathway activation, logbook setup, system access, and assessment oversight.

General Refunds
Tuition payments are non-refundable once pathway access has been granted, including access to materials, logbook systems, community spaces, mentorship sessions, or practitioner-only resources.

Withdrawal, non-participation, or failure to complete pathway requirements does not entitle participants to refunds, fee reductions, or cancellation of outstanding payments.

3. Payment Standing & Default Resolution

To maintain Good Administrative Standing and continued access to the pathway, the following conditions apply:

Automated Billing & 30-Day Resolution Window

Payment plans are managed via automated billing. If an instalment remains unpaid for 30 days from the original due date, the automated payment plan will be terminated and all pathway access will be revoked.

Account Recovery & Re-activation

To resume the pathway following a 30-day default, the participant must:

  • settle all outstanding arrears in a single payment, and

  • pay a $50 AUD re-activation fee.

Transition to Pay Advantage (Direct Debit)
Upon re-activation, the participant forfeits the use of the automated Stripe payment system. Remaining payments will be transitioned to Pay Advantage (Direct Debit).

PayAdvantage Fees
Fees incurred by payadvantage are the sole responsibility of the participant.

PayAdvantage Fee Schedule (on-charged to you):

• $1.21 per bank account transaction
• $1.21 per credit card transaction + 1.7% merchant service fee + 3.25% for international cards
• $6.82 per bank account dishonour
• $6.82 per credit card dishonour
• $0.42 per debit reminder (these are turned off)

Final Termination
If a payment fails within the Pay Advantage system after a previous default, Freedom Together reserves the right to permanently remove the participant from the pathway, with no refund and no further opportunity for re-enrolment.

Certification Hold
No certification, digital badge, practitioner listing, or formal endorsement will be issued until the tuition balance is paid in full ($0.00 balance).

4. Membership Terms

Membership Requirement
An active Freedom Together membership is required for the duration of the Practitioner Pathway.

Inclusive Membership Period
Membership access is included for a maximum of 12 months from the date of enrolment, provided the participant remains in Good Administrative Standing.

No Suspension of Clock
Suspension of access due to failed payments does not pause or extend the 12-month inclusive membership window. The pathway end date remains 365 days from the original enrolment date, regardless of access interruptions.

Early Completion
Should certification requirements be completed in less than 12 months, inclusive membership access will continue until the end of the 12-month window, provided the account remains in Good Administrative Standing.

Transition to Standard Membership
After the 12-month period concludes, membership will transition to the then-current standard membership rate. Notification will be provided via email approximately 14 days prior to the resumption of billing.

5. Certification Standards, Scope & Conduct

Certification Criteria
Certification is issued solely upon successful completion of all logbook requirements, competency assessments, and professional standards. Payment of tuition alone does not guarantee certification.

Scope of Practice
Certification does not authorise diagnosis, medical treatment, or therapeutic services unless the practitioner is otherwise qualified, insured, and legally permitted to do so within their jurisdiction.

Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to uphold ethical conduct, adhere to the scope of practice, and comply with community guidelines. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or permanent withdrawal of certification eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property & Program Integrity

All materials, frameworks, recordings, and practitioner resources provided within the pathway are the intellectual property of Freedom Together and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught as proprietary material outside approved scope without written consent.

Freedom Together reserves the right to make reasonable administrative or delivery adjustments (including platform, scheduling, or format changes) where required, without materially altering the nature or intent of the pathway.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Self Enquiry Practitioner Certification Pathway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
